What is St. Agnes' Federal Tax Identification Number?

St. Agnes Academy and St. Agnes Academy Foundation have two distinct Internal Revenue Tax Identification Numbers as they are separately incorporated entities.  For the purpose of making an outright gift or deferred gift through your estate or will, the number you use is dependent on your gift intent.  Below are examples of gifts for each entity.
